Capabilities/tool/tenant:managetheme

• Allows to create and manage theme settings for the current tenant in the Workplace Multi-tenancy feature
• This capability may only be applied in the system context.
• The default Tenant administrator role has this capability set to allow, however the main admin may decide to prohibit it so only main admin can customise the look of the tenants
