This error means that the 'secret' in the link you clicked has already been used - it also means that there is no secret currently set on your user account (meaning you may not have requested to change your password).
In short, please attempt to use the 'Forgot your password' system again. If problems persist, contact the supporter of the moodle instance that you are using.
