- This capability allows a user to choose courses for a Course meta link
- This capability is allowed for the default role of Manager only and is not set for the default Teacher role
- To enable a teacher to choose courses for a Course meta link, they need to have this capability set to "allow" via Settings>Site Administration>Users>Permissions>Define roles, alongside the capability enrol:meta:config
