  • This allows a user to restore courses from the automated backup storage (as specified in 'Automated backup setup' in the Site administration).
  • This capability is allowed for the default roles of teacher and manager in new installs of Moodle 3.4 onwards. (Previously it was not set for any of the default roles. See MDL-35429 for further details.)
