• This allows a user to upload files into a course that are larger than the maximum upload size for the course or activity but less than the site upload limit (as specified in 'Site policies' in the Site administration) which is determined by the server.
• It may be given for example to teachers in a course so that they may upload large media files.
• This capability is not allowed for any of the default roles.
