Semester statuses. Semester statuses is ment to be the main driver of individual course phases. So it is to visualize the indented phases of the courses in that semester. It is intended to be used to highlight courses lacking behind in the planning stages.
new : semester is brand new, not showing on any public lists, and have no category in moodle (initial mandatory inactive hidden state)
planning : semester is in planning mode, to be displayed in Course catalogue admin, new courses can be created and old ones copied. (mandatory planning state public visible) [primary proposal]
approving : semester course offerings is in the process of beeing approved (optional planning state public visible) [primary proposal_approved]
review : courses in semester is to be reviewed ( optional planning state public visible) [primary basic_review, first_editing, ]
active : courses in semester is active beeing displayed in all courses. ( optional planning state public visible) [primary final_editing, final_review]
offered : courses in semester is locked since they are offered (optional planning state public visible) [primary offer]
current : semester is current, locked and in progress, only one semester must be current (mandatory state public visible) [primary preparing, ongoing, evaluating]
